Sounds Divine offers Deep Relaxation & Movement/Dance Classes.
Drawing on our instructor's abundant experience with dance, relaxation, inspiring music, meditation, education, body centred psychotherapy, healing & life.
Enjoy moving or dancing to fantastic music from all genres.
Bring your awareness to your body, your heart, your strength, your clarity & joy. We create a space for You to gently, deliciously or vigorously move. Encouraging attunement of your being, to be in integrity with your highest values and wisdom.
The class should leave you feeling relaxed, tranquil and alive with presence.
Our classes are for all adults (16 yr upwards). Those fully able & independent and those who need to bring an aide, wheelchair or frame. Email us (from the form at bottom of page) today to join a class and start your journey.

Sounds Divine brings a lifetime of musical, meditative, dance, anthropological, dramatic and therapeutic skills into a single session. Through recognising our connection with frequency of vibration, we provide space for You to explore & expand Your inner vision & wisdom. A chance to have fun and enjoy a new attunement of your body.
